These Terms of Use govern your use of the website isanaterciagorgulhogoncalves.pt and your purchase of Miriva Care from ISA NATÉRCIA GORGULHO GONÇALVES ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader (individual). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or engage in any conduct that could damage the website or harm other users. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.

2. Orders and Sale of Goods

How to order: Submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an order request, not a confirmed order. A member of our team will contact you by telephone during working hours (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30) to confirm your order and delivery details.

Contract formation: A binding contract of sale is formed when we confirm your order by telephone and the goods are dispatched.

Prices and currency: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price at the time of telephone confirmation is binding.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - cash or by card to the courier. No payment is taken online at any stage. We accept Visa and Mastercard via the courier.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched. Inform us during the confirmation call or by email.

3. Limitation of Liability

Miriva Care is a food supplement. The information on this website does not constitute medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from use of the product beyond what is required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, product names, and design - is owned by or licensed to ISA NATÉRCIA GORGULHO GONÇALVES. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please note that for hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken or damaged seal are exempt from this right of return.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute amicably. If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance. If we cannot resolve the matter directly, you may refer to the UK's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
